Tigers see gold at regional games

October 17, 2009

The Tigers played hard at the regional games taking gold and bronze. Both teams played hard in four close games during a very hot day.

Stand out performances from Cory, Tony, Rudy, Sara, and Peter gave the Tigers the edge. Jorge played tough in goal and intimidated players on the field. Brian and TJ were an unstoppable team scoring a number of goals for the Tigers.

Jessica and Nathan worked together defensively in a close 3-1 game that contributed to the gold medal win, while Ryan put in the game winning goal. Ben had an incredible game scoring goals that helped lead the Tigers to a key win.

Congratulations to everyone on the team, and thanks to all the coaches, family, and friends that supported us during the season!
